Family Sponsorship Petitions

We help U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents complete and submit Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) to sponsor eligible family members such as spouses, children, parents, and siblings.

Adjustment of Status Applications

For relatives already living in the United States, we assist with the process of changing immigration status from a temporary visa to lawful permanent residency. This includes preparing Form I-485 and gathering the required supporting documentation.

Consular
Consular Processing Support

When family members are located outside the U.S., our staff provides assistance with consular processing by preparing and filing the appropriate paperwork, coordinating with U.S. consulates abroad, and helping applicants prepare for visa interviews.
